Vision Statement

At Resilience Preparatory Academy our vision is to be a conduit for students and our community by educating, empowering, and supporting educational and social-emotional growth. Through community integration and real-world problem solving, we strive to support civic and economic progress for our students and future generations.

Resilience Preparatory Academy was established by its founder and Executive Director, Melissa Sifford. She has experience teaching in alternative educational settings that cater to expelled and at-risk youth. Through those experiences, she learned that there was more she wanted to offer to education. By opening RPA, expelled or at risk youth, and many adults are able to receive a rigorous and private education at no cost to them.

Our program will continue to grow so long as we receive continued support. Thank you!
